James Armistead
Training and Development Manager
James previously ran the training department for a contact center specializing in patient management and EHR (Electronic Hospital Records) systems consulting. Following these efforts, he worked as an Subject Matter Expert for the CTC (Computer Training Center) at NASA Headquarters developing courses, curriculums, and assisting in the Office 365 migration. He is known for his humor, and supportive demeanor, and in his spare time tries to arrange family activities and adventures to entertain his wife and children. Which makes spare time extremely rare.
JoAnne Green
Strategic Operations and Learning Experience Design Manager
JoAnne is a lifelong educational technology innovator, having worked in leadership roles at major universities such as La Salle University in Philadelphia, The National Defense University in Washington D.C., and the University of Pittsburgh.
JoAnne is known for her innovative yet practical and efficient approach to technology solutions design. She is best known for the following initiatives:
Developing intuitive, creative, and manageable instructional spaces
Educating at-risk populations with a focus on cybersecurity awareness
Helping organizations tackle issues related to the digital divide
In her spare time, JoAnne likes to travel, ski, and visit museums. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and dog, Radar.

Nakeisha Rorie
Curriculum and Instruction Manager
Nakeisha is a former school administrator and teacher for both public and private school settings, specializing in leadership and childhood development. She is known for putting a smile on people’s face with her baking goodies, like chocolate chip cookies and Rice Krispy treats, along with being a great mediator and problem solver. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, singing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Alexandra Wakely
Training Implementation Manager
Alexandra is a lifelong educator and learner herself, having vested her career in furthering the learning of all ages in the public school and informal educational setting. She continues her training expertise by working with teachers and other science professionals through the National Science Teaching Association. Alexandra is known for her energetic and fun-loving spirit and ability to get others involved in anything from mental health initiatives to community service events. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and walking the beach with her dog, Drake.
