James previously ran the training department for a contact center specializing in patient management and EHR (Electronic Hospital Records) systems consulting. Following these efforts, he worked as an Subject Matter Expert for the CTC (Computer Training Center) at NASA Headquarters developing courses, curriculums, and assisting in the Office 365 migration. He is known for his humor, and supportive demeanor, and in his spare time tries to arrange family activities and adventures to entertain his wife and children. Which makes spare time extremely rare.

In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, singing, and spending time with her family and friends.

She continues her training expertise by working with teachers and other science professionals through the National Science Teaching Association. Alexandra is known for her energetic and fun-loving spirit and ability to get others involved in anything from mental health initiatives to community service events. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and walking the beach with her dog, Drake.
